Slow Food, a non profit association, promoting the fod culture and the right to taste, in cooperation with Consorzio Tutela del Gavi, on Sunday Sept. 11th, organized a wine-gastronomic tour “Visiting Gavi”, just a real itinerary of the taste research in the regions of Liguria and Piemonte.
The route to the discovery of perfumes and tastes will start from Novi Ligure, at the Museo dei Campionissimi, where the Consorzio will be present with a tasting stall, and then go towards the Gavi hills: the paricipants will visit woods, parks and vineyards, but also eighteenth-century villas and estates and taste high-quality wines combines with typical food of the area.
Tenuta San Pietro will be opened to the visitors all day long so, hurry-up and subscribe, your palate will be delighted!
